Please read this carefully before using any exercise programs in Endura.
Medical Clearance
Consult with your physician or other qualified healthcare professional before using the service, especially if you have any medical condition, are recovering from surgery, or have specific health concerns. By accepting this agreement, you represent that you are physically capable of performing these exercises.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Endura is an instructional coaching platform. All exercises are self-directed and performed without in-person supervision. Read this carefully before you begin.
Endura's content is for general wellness and educational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
What You Will Be Doing
You will perform self-directed physical exercises including pelvic floor muscle training (Kegel contractions), the squeeze technique, edging practice, diaphragmatic breathwork, and related wellness exercises, guided solely by in-app written and audio instructions.
Your Responsibility for Verification
You are solely responsible for determining whether any exercise instruction, technique, or program is appropriate and safe for your body, fitness level, and health status. Endura provides instructional guidance only and does not provide medical assessment or personalized medical advice. You must verify all instructions are correct and appropriate for you before performing them. Do not assume instructions are suitable for your specific circumstances without independent verification.
Risks You Are Assuming
By using Endura's exercise programs, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with these exercises, including risks both known and unknown. You acknowledge that exercise activities involve inherent risks that cannot be entirely eliminated, and you assume responsibility for all risks, both known and unknown.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU VOLUNTARILY RELEASE, WAIVE, AND DISCHARGE Endura and its owners, affiliates, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action — including claims arising from NEGLIGENCE — related to your use of the exercise programs, including personal injury, bodily harm, or any other loss you may suffer.
To the extent permitted by law, Endura's total aggregate liability arising from your use of the exercise programs is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months preceding your claim. This applies to all claims, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.
Limitation: This release and cap do not apply to claims arising from gross negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of law. Such claims cannot be waived under applicable law and remain available to you.
Indemnification
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Endura from any claims brought by third parties arising from your use of the app.

We do not warrant that instructions are error-free, that they will work as intended, or that they are suitable for your specific circumstances. You use all content and instructions at your own risk.
We do not warrant or guarantee any particular health, wellness, sexual, or performance outcomes from your use of the program. Results vary by individual and depend on factors outside our control.
