Four phases, paced to you.

Endura's core program runs about eight weeks - but it's not a boot-camp. Each phase builds on the last, and Coach Maya adjusts pacing around your actual life, not a calendar.

Phase 01

Foundation

Establish the baseline - breath, body awareness, and the first pelvic floor practice. No performance work yet; we start below the surface.

Control

Connection

Phase 04

Mastery

Integrate everything and move into maintenance mode. Full exercise library unlocks, and your practice becomes something you just... do.
